How long does it typically take to receive the edited photos after a photo shoot?
We understand the importance of quick turnaround times in the real estate industry. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 24 hours after the photo shoot. However, this may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the project and the volume of images.
If you need faster turnaround, we offer rush delivery within 12 hours for $75.
What Areas Do You Serve?
We’re based in Lacey, WA and serve the surrounding areas. If your property is outside the standard radius, travel fees may apply.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Nope! Your attendance is welcome, but not mandatory. If you’re not able to attend, we can access the property through a Supra keybox if one is available. Just let us know in advance.
What equipment and technology do you use for aerial and drone photography?
For our aerial and drone photography services, we utilize state-of-the-art drone equipment equipped with high-resolution cameras. These drones are operated by experienced and licensed drone pilots who adhere to all safety regulations. Our technology allows us to capture stunning aerial images and videos, showcasing your property from breathtaking angles. We are committed to delivering the highest quality aerial photography to make your listings stand out.
Do I need to prepare the home before the shoot?
Yes—we provide a Property Prep Checklist to help ensure the space is photo-ready. Clean, decluttered homes always photograph better!
How will I receive my media?
You’ll receive a private online gallery via email. Full payment is required before viewing and downloading your media.
Do you offer marketing materials or social media content?
Absolutely! We offer vertical reels, community feature photos, aerial video, and more. And we reward every completed referral with a free add-on of your choice.
